Return, Exchange, and Refund details:

We offer a 7-day return policy starting from the date of product delivery. Refunds will be processed upon receiving the returned item, and exchanges are possible. Please make your purchase mindfully. Prior to requesting a return, kindly review the following conditions:

• You have 7 days following order receipt to return an item to us under our 7-day return policy. 
• Your item needs to be unused, with tags, and in the original packing in order for the return to be accepted. The invoice or other evidence of purchase is also required.
• We would require evidence in the form of a photo or video that the product came damaged. Therefore, it is advised to film a video before unboxing your order. 
• Once we've received and examined your return, we will refund you the amount, excluding the shipping cost, i.e., the amount you paid solely for the product.
• Return shipping charged would be borne by you.

Cancellation Information

We work hard to deliver high-quality products to you, and in order to minimise any disruption, every order is carefully inspected before shipment.

Order cancellations are accepted up to one hour after the order is placed. After the allotted period has passed, it cannot be cancelled.

As these are special occasion discounts, cancellations are not available for products that have been ordered.

Orders placed under the same-day delivery category are not subject to cancellation.
