Thank you for visiting and shopping at our e-store. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.

• Shipment processing time:

All orders require 2-4 business days to process. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipments may take several days longer to arrive if we are processing a large volume of orders. Please allow a few more days for delivery as a result of transportation. You will be contacted by phone or email if there is a substantial delay in the shipment of your item.

We ship to addresses nationwide.

• Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:

As soon as your purchase arrives, you will receive an email with your tracking number(s) and a shipment confirmation. In a day or two, the tracking number will function.

To protect our interests and yours, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. You may also record a video for documentation before opening the cargo.
