- BhoomiVaidyam offers online consultations for patients who are unable to visit the hospital in person. Please note that an online consultation cannot be compared to an in-hospital consultation where the doctor can physically examine the patient. You are advised to visit the hospital for consultation whenever possible. If the consultation cannot wait, only then should you opt for an online consultation.
- By accepting online consultation, you agree and accept that the doctors and all personnel directly or indirectly involved with any part of the online consultation setup shall not be held responsible in the unlikely event of an error in diagnosis or management due to suboptimal technical conditions. BhoomiVaidyam and/or its doctors shall not be held responsible for the complete accuracy of online consultations, which are limited in scope due to the lack of physical examination of the patient. While every attempt will be made to ensure the comprehensiveness of the consultation, unforeseen situations may arise. Your acceptance of online consultation will be taken as your consent for an online consultation with its inherent limitations.
- Validity of Fee: Patients may avail a maximum of two video consultations within a period of 14 days starting from the date of the first consultation. Multiple telephonic consultations with the doctor can be made within these 14 days.
- Refund of Fee: The consultation fee is refundable if BhoomiVaidyam and/or its doctors are unable to conduct the online consultation due to any unforeseen circumstances.
- Currently, the online consultation is available only for patients from India, and the timings shown in the booking are in Indian Standard Time (IST).
