Patients who are unable to attend the hospital in person can receive online consultations from Bhoomi Vaidyam. Please be mindful that an in-hospital consultation, where the physician can perform a physical examination on the patient, cannot be matched to a digital consultation. It is recommended that you receive advice from the hospital whenever feasible. You should only choose an online consultation if the consultation cannot wait.

By accepting online consultation, you acknowledge and agree that in the unlikely event that a diagnosis or course of treatment is incorrect owing to less-than-ideal technological circumstances, the doctors and any staff members directly or indirectly participating in any aspect of the online consultation setup will not be held liable. The accuracy of online consultations, which are limited in scope due to the absence of a physical examination of the patient, is not guaranteed by Bhoomi Vaidyam and/or its doctors. Even though every effort will be made to guarantee the accuracy of the consultation, unanticipated circumstances might occur. Accepting this online consultation will be seen as your agreement to the limits that come with it.

Validity of Fee: Within a 14-day period beginning on the date of the first consultation, patients are eligible for a maximum of two video consultations. The doctor is available for many phone consultations during these 14 days.

Refund of Fee: In the event that Bhoomi Vaidyam and/or its physicians are unable to perform the online consultation owing to unforeseeable circumstances, the consultation fee is refundable.
